As noted, 2017 WWE Hall of Fame inductee Kurt Angle is at this evening's SmackDown Live, which happens from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Angle's main residence.
The following is a photograph of Angle within the field in front of this evening's show. As noted, Angle being at this evening's show clearly does not imply that he will show up on-camera. WWE is taking a shot at new WWE 24 unique on Angle that will air on the WWE Network soon, so they may film for that.
